Overview

Master Loganathan comes from a traditional lineage of yoga teachers, being taught by his father since the age of 7. He has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching yoga and specializes in its therapeutic applications of various ailments. He is a registered yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500 hours, Experienced-Registered yoga with the Teacher Yoga Alliance USA) He holds a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from the Government Dr. MGR Medical University of Chennai and a Masters’ Degree in Yoga Science from Svyasa University of Bangalore, India.

Despite his accolades, he has a persistent thirst for knowledge and always seeks to deepen his understanding of holistic health and well- being, combining Eastern traditions with scientific methodology. He is a certified Naturopath and has recently been awarded a Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong, he also completed his Masters In Manipulative Physiotherapy from Hong Kong Polytechnique. His love for learning has to lead him to pursue his inquiry into the optimal way of recovery and rehabilitation examining a multitude of holistic disciplines such as Ayurveda and Naturopathy and incorporating them into yogic concepts of self-healing.

Loganathan has 20 years of experience with Therapeutic yoga and has pioneered Physio- yoga Therapy which combines elements of physiotherapy, gentle yoga poses and fluid movements that synchronize the breath with meditations and brings mind and body awareness. He uses innovative yogic techniques to cure many ailments in musculoskeletal systems, injuries, diseases inside and outside of all systems of human being. He has seen fast and smooth recoveries, especially dealing with epilepsy, slipped discs, thyroid imbalances, spondylitis, ligament sprains and muscle contusions.

Loganathan's classes are underpinned by the philosophy of integrating the body and mind. He is extremely detail oriented and adopts a scientific approach while teaching yoga therapy classes. He has a positive attitude and is a highly encouraging, respectful and compassionate teacher. He provides ways in which we can improve our vitality through breathing, meditation, gentle movements and dietary recommendations. He is driven to help to release built-up stress, both physically and mentally, and boost vitality, to connect with the healing energy and inner peace within each one of us. Overview

Born and brought up in India, with having strict routine yoga class with prayer in school, so those days were roots when I actual started loving and living it. Priyal believes yoga should be the part of everyone’s lifestyle to live optimally physically and mentally, through yoga we can align our body and easily connect to our inner peace.

Priyal strongly feels the stretches, strengthening poses and calming breathing techniques improves her physical performance as well as keeping her peaceful in times of stress.

Registered as a Yoga Teacher by her Guru at the Divine Life Management Centre (200 hours) & 300 hours training from Rishikesh yog peeth ( ABHYARANYA) India ,Priyal has been teaching ever since she was certified, connecting to her students from a place of passion and peace. Her teacher training course was based on principles of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Yogawhich focuses old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga posture and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices.

Priyal connect to each person with sincerity and care and the class structure to suit individual requirements and adjusts each posture to bring about noticeable improvement in a careful and nurturingFurthermore, Priyal has experience to teach yoga with age 6yr to 70yr as per their health needs. She believes that yoga is meant for any age, and the sooner one starts practicing the better.Having worked in a fast-paced and competitive environment, Priyal understands the importance of slowing down and giving yourself some time; to open, to breathe, to stretch, to just be in the present moment to release stress and tension.
